Terms of Service

By using Sparky's Subscriptions ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The service

Sparky's Subscriptions lets you record, track, and mark as canceled your third-party AI subscriptions. We do not contact, cancel, or otherwise interact with those third parties on your behalf — you remain responsible for all charges and for cancelling each subscription directly with its provider.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription & billing

The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis after the free trial. Charges are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; see our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data you do not own, reverse engineer the platform, or use it to violate any law.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that data shown is accurate or that reminders will arrive on time. We are not liable for any third-party charge you incur.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
