This page is maintained by the owner of Sparky's Subscriptions to explain how we handle data.
What we collect
Account information (email, hashed password), subscription records you create (name, cost, billing cycle, dates, notes), and standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To operate the service, send transactional and reminder emails you've opted into, process payments through Stripe, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
Subprocessors
We rely on: Supabase (database & auth), Stripe (payments), Lovable / Cloudflare (hosting), and an email delivery provider for transactional email.
Retention
Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the account settings page; this triggers deletion of your subscription records.
Your rights
You may request export, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing us. We respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our infrastructure providers. Passwords are hashed. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
